Hi! I’m Simon and I’m the creator of WodUp. I’m a huge CrossFit fan (well, duh) and I created WodUp to help increase the reach of elite fitness. My background is competitive swimming and I’ve been fortunate to represent my country in international competitions. CrossFit has given me the ideal platform to remain healthy and active and get my competitive fix.
WodUp brings you the best CrossFit workouts and tips, all with the goal to help you perform at your best. One of the best things about CrossFit is the community aspect, and WodUp is a part of the community.
